  4. Providing donor lists to the family of a deceased service member in whose memory a donation was made

  5. Contacting donors, supporters, and grant recipients as needed

  6. Publishing lists of donors and/or recipients when appropriate

Disclosure of Information

AFF does not share, sell, or exchange donor information for third‑party fundraising or marketing purposes. Phone numbers and SMS/Text consent will never be shared with third parties or affiliates under any circumstances.

AFF may disclose personal information under the following circumstances:

  1. To employees, volunteers, independent contractors, consultants, service providers, suppliers, donors, donation recipients, and credit companies when necessary for business, professional, or technical support

  2. When required to identify, contact, or take legal action against individuals who may be causing harm to AFF, our Site, or others
